Tomatoes -- The texture and flavor will be altered.
番茄,肉質紋理和味道會改變
Melons -- They will lose antioxidants.
瓜瓜,抗氧化物成分會流失
(有說法是切開之前還是可以冰啦,切了之後最好當下嗑掉)
Potatoes -- Become gritty and affects the flavor.
馬鈴薯,肉質變得較顆粒狀,影響口感,不順口
(說法是低溫會分解澱粉質,但究竟誰會把生馬鈴薯冰冰箱的= =?)
Onions -- They can get moldy and mushy.
洋蔥,他們不只會發霉(moldy)還會成軟爛(mushy)泥狀
(比較可怕的是洋蔥會散播它的味道,旁邊鄰居悉數遭殃)
Coffee (bean) -- It'll lose flavor and absorb odors.
咖啡(&豆子),除了口感會整個走味,還會吸收其他氣體使本身的咖啡香被蓋過
(咖啡最大的問題就是,它會像海綿一樣將身旁所有味道都吸進去...)
Garlic -- It will start to sprout and get moldy.
大蒜,他會開始發芽(sprout),並且發霉
(大蒜厲害的是,是否發霉只看外表看不出來,等到切開你就知道...)
Alcohol -- Hard liquor should be stored at room temperature.
酒精飲料(alcohol beverage, a.k.a hard liquor)應儲存於室溫
(誰理你啊)
Honey -- It will crystallize and thicken faster.
蜂蜜,他的糖分會快速結晶(crystallize)與變硬 (會變得很難挖出來= =)
Hot sauce -- Most cae be stored in a cabinet for 3 years.
辣醬(Tabasco之類的)可以在常溫的櫥櫃中放置3年 (放冰箱是會折壽是不是= =? 說清楚啊喂!!!)
Bread -- It will become dry.
麵包,他會變乾 (有說法是低溫也會讓新鮮的麵包很快變得不新鮮)
Basil -- It will wilt and obsorb other odors.
紫蘇(或蘿勒),他不只會乾枯,還會吸收其他味道 (這我有經驗= =)
